We offer a fast, friendly ordering and delivery service for over 2,000 stocked lines including our own quality fresh meat, major frozen food brands and essential chilled products, all available from stock.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Newquay, Plymouth, Okehampton, Tiverton, Exeter, Bristol, Bath and Weymouth.

What are your sales hours?

Our sales hours are:

Monday 9.00am - 11.59pm
Tuesday 9.00am - 11.59pm
Wednesday 9.00am - 11.59pm
Thursday 9.00am - 11.59pm
Friday 9.00am - 11.59pm
Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm
Sunday 8.00pm - 11.59pm

How do I order?

• Please place your order at least one day prior to delivery requirement.
• Please try to place your order within office hours to receive personal attention.
• Please remember to order your fresh meat, frozen foods and ambient at the same time.
• Please quote and use our product codes whenever possible.
• Our customer service team will be happy to call you at a pre-arranged time to process your order at your convenience.

Availability and Deliveries

All products supplied are subject to availability. On occasions, circumstances beyond our control may cause shortages, although we can usually offer a suitable alternative.

Payment and terms of business

All goods are supplied on a 'cash on delivery' basis, Direct Debit or Credit Card facilities. Full details of our trading terms are available upon request.

How do I open an account?

Please call (01626) 368800 and one of our friendly, experienced sales team will be happy to help you set up an account with us.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. At R D Johns Foodservice we believe in keeping our services as flexible as possible, so we have no minimum order value on deliveries.
